Location

Description

Are you a building engineer, facility or property manager, organizational leader, or financial officer for a building or organization? Do you ever wonder how you can save money and improve the efficiency of the building in which you live and/or work?

If so, this is the event for you!

Join Illinois Green Alliance, City Energy Project, ComEd, People's Gas, and others for an exchange of ideas about energy efficiency! This workshop's discussions will be about financing opportunities, programs that can provide funding and incentives for energy projects, and tools to help better understand your energy use. Find out what Illinois Green Alliance is working on with buildings in Chicago, learn about different energy efficiency programs happening around the city, and hear about the great work Trinity Church has done to make their building more efficient. Then, break out into smaller discussion groups with energy experts and program implementers to learn about different energy project financing topics.

Continental breakfast refreshments will be served.

We will start our program at 9:00am, so please arrive a few minutes early to check-in and grab breakfast. The Chicago Urban League is accessible by the CTA Green and Red Lines and multiple bus lines, and there is free parking on-site.

We look forward to an engaging morning of energy information exchange and learning!
